With Florence eBinders, research sites can natively connect to Cognizant® SIP-enabled sponsors who use the eISF Connect module to streamline and automate the flow of documents and information.
The unique collaboration between Florence eBinders and the Cognizant Shared Investigator Platform (SIP) enables sites conducting studies with sponsors using the eISF Connect module to:
Receive and route documents to Florence eBinders
Study sites can automatically receive documents from their sponsor’s SIP environment and route them to the appropriate location in their Florence eBinders structure.
Automatically send documents to SIP
When a document is ready to be shared with the sponsor, site teams can select “send to SIP” within Florence eBinders to automatically route the document to SIP.
Maintain control of their site workspace
Sites maintain complete control of their workspace, setting up granular access and permissions for their staff and sponsor staff.
Manage workflows and audit trails within Florence eBinders
SIP workflows can be initiated from within the Florence eBinders environment, and audit trails extend between both platforms for a single source of truth.
